Refund Policy
You may have found your way to this page for one of two reasons: You enrolled in the wrong course, or you no longer need your subscription on Sapling Learning.
Wrong Course
If you enrolled in the wrong course, and the price is the same between the two courses, just let us know. We can transfer you to the correct course, usually very close to immediately. This is much easier than the refund process, so we definitely recommend that you try this if you have more than a few minutes before your first due date.
No Longer Need Subscription
If you drop a class or otherwise will not use your subscription, you can receive a full refund within 60 days of purchase.
Simply email us at credit@saplinglearning.com. This email must be sent from the email address attached to your account. You must send this email within 60 days of the date of purchase. To allow us to locate your transaction, please provide the transaction ID or receipt ID from the confirmation email you received from PayPal (if you can find it) or the email address or full name used for the purchase and the date of purchase (as close as you can remember).
Note: This process will not affect your enrollment in the course at your university.
If you paid using a PayPal account, you may be able to cancel your payment yourself. This will be processed immediately, without having to wait for us to find and refund your transaction. Here's how:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click the My Account tab.
- Click the History subtab.
- Click Cancel in the Order status/Actions column of the transaction in question.
- Click Cancel Payment.
If Cancel is not available, please contact credit@saplinglearning.com to request a refund as described above. If you cancel an eCheck payment or Instant Transfer, the money will be withdrawn from your bank account but credited back to your PayPal account balance.
