Clearing Your Browser Cache
Some site updates may require you to clear your browser cache in order to see them. Instructions for this vary from browser to browser:
Internet Explorer 8
- From the Safety menu, select Delete Browsing History.
- Check Temporary Internet files, and then click Delete.
Internet Explorer 7
- From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
- Choose the General tab.
- Under Browsing History, click Delete.
- Next to Temporary Internet files, click Delete files.
- Click Close, and then click Ok to exit.
Firefox 3.5
- From the Tools menu, select Clear Recent History.
- From the Time range to clear, select Everything.
- Click the down arrow next to Details.
- Uncheck everything other than Cache.
- Click Clear Now.
Firefox 3
- From the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data (this might be enough; if no pop-up opens, ignore steps 2 and 3).
- Check Cache (and uncheck any other options that are checked).
- Click Clear Private Data Now.
Google Chrome
- Click the wrench icon.
- Select Options.
- Click the Under the Hood tab.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- Check Empty the cache and uncheck all other options.
- Next to Clear data from this period, select Everything.
- Click Clear Browsing Data.
Safari
- From the Safari menu, select Empty Cache.
- When prompted, click Empty.
