Clearing Your Browser Cache

Some site updates may require you to clear your browser cache in order to see them. Instructions for this vary from browser to browser:

Internet Explorer 8

1. From the Safety menu, select Delete Browsing History. 
2. Check Temporary Internet files, and then click Delete.

Internet Explorer 7

1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2. Choose the General tab.
3. Under Browsing History, click Delete.
4. Next to Temporary Internet files, click Delete files.
5. Click Close, and then click Ok to exit.

Firefox 3.5

1. From the Tools menu, select Clear Recent History.
2. From the Time range to clear, select Everything.
3. Click the down arrow next to Details.
4. Uncheck everything other than Cache.
5. Click Clear Now.

Firefox 3

1. From the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data (this might be enough; if no pop-up opens, ignore steps 2 and 3).
2. Check Cache (and uncheck any other options that are checked).
3. Click Clear Private Data Now.

Google Chrome

1. Click the wrench icon.
2. Select Options.
3. Click the Under the Hood tab.
4. Select Clear browsing data.
5. Check Empty the cache and uncheck all other options.
6. Next to Clear data from this period, select Everything.
7. Click Clear Browsing Data.

Safari

1. From the Safari menu, select Empty Cache.
2. When prompted, click Empty.
